Premiere Membership $100 per year per student
(includes registration fee, 10 open gyms, 1 CCT, 1 PNO admission)
Priority Registration for the "Back 2 School" Session opens July 16th. Regular Registration opens July 23rd.
If you begin a class mid-session, you will be pro-rated for the remaining weeks of the session. Class sizes are limited and the schedule is subject to change without notice. In order to move up, a student must pass the Club Champion Test for that level.
Gym Holiday Closure: Monday, September 3 for Labor Day
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
GENERAL
1. Warming up is very important, please do your best to be on time to class.
2. Students only are allowed beyond the gates.
3. No chewing gum in the gym.
4. The parking lot can be very crowded during peak times. Parking on Foothill or Vista is recommended.
5. Coaches are subject to change without notice.
VIEWING AREA
1. Unsupervised and/or loud children are not allowed in the gym.
2. Please keep siblings away from the gates that lead to the gym floor.
3. Coaching students from the sidelines is prohibited.
DRESS CODE
1. Leotards for all female gymnasts with cotton or bike shorts if desired.
2. Please no attached skirts or tights.
3. Hair must be away from the face pulled back into a ponytail or braid.
4. Athletic shorts and a T-shirt, for all male gymnasts.
MAKE-UP POLICY
1. Make-ups are made by appointment only.
2. Students are allowed up to 3 make-ups for 9-11 weeks of enrollment, 2 for 6-8wks, and 1 for 4-5, 0 for 3 wks or fewer.
3. Availability in make-ups is never guaranteed, for that reason we recommend not missing your scheduled day.
4. Make-ups can only be done within the same session.
5. Missed make-up classes cannot be made up.
6. Make-ups are not permitted during week #1 of a session.

2. Students with outstanding tuition balances will be dropped from their classes.
4. We allow up to 1 permanent transfer from the class enrolled in each session if space permits.
5. Once your child is enrolled, no refunds are available. Account credits are given in cases of illness/injury only with a Dr.’s note.
6. A Registration Fee is due when you register and will be due each subsequent year in that same month. If your anniversary month falls within a session, you must pay it when registering for the session. 1st sibling receives 50% off reg fee. 2nd sibling is free.
7. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

REGISTRATION POLICIES
1. Class tuition is due upon enrollment for the current month.
2. Tuition for each subsequent month is due before the 28th. A valid credit card should be put on file that will be charged on the 28th if no other payment has been made.
3. Any schedule changes or withdrawals must be submitted before the 28th of the month to avoid being charged.
4. Once your tuition is paid, no refunds are available. Accounts credits are given in cases of illness/injury only with a Dr.’s note.
5. Tuition covers your specific class times for each month. Some months may have 5 weeks and some 4.
6. A Registration Fee is due when you sign up and will be due each subsequent year in that same month. It will be charged to your card on file along with your monthly tuition. 1st sibling receives 50% off reg fee., 2nd sibling’s is free.
7. If your credit card is declined, you will be notified via email, and you must update it by the 29th to avoid a $15 late fee.
8. Students with outstanding tuition balances will be dropped from their class on the 1st of the month.
9. Drop in classes are subject to available space in a class. Please schedule them ahead.
10. Single class purchases must be used within 30 days of purchase.
MAKE-UP POLICY
1. Make-ups are available by appointment only.
2. Students are allowed to make-up any pre-scheduled classes that are missed within a 30 day period.
3. Availability in make-ups is never guaranteed, for that reason we recommend not missing your scheduled class.
4. Make-ups can only be done if you are still enrolled in the program. They are in addition to your regular classes.
5. Missed make-up classes cannot be made up.
7. Cancellations for Club Champion Tests require at least 24 hours notice. Same day cancellations cannot be credited.
Club Champion Gymnastics is a vendor with Inspire, Ilead, Sage Oak, and Excel Academy.
